RESPONSIBILITY
Develop, maintain and build strong relationship with customers and key stakeholders.
- Understand customers needs, pains and business goal to ensure key deliverable meet customers expectation.
- Truly understand projects on hands, keep update and proactively provide suggestion/solution.
- Ensure and monitor service delivery to customers in full and on time.
- Be contact point for customers to solve any issues for customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal team to facilitate and ensure smooth operation and good quality of deliverables.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in account management preferably in in online business, digital products, digital marketing.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship building, communication and negotiation skill.
- ‘Can-do’ attitude and service-minded.
