Account Executive (Junior/Senior)

Building and maintain good relationship with customers and make them happy to stay with us.

Responsibility

Develop, maintain and build strong relationship with customers and key stakeholders.

  • Understand customers needs, pains and business goal to ensure key deliverable meet customers expectation.
  • Truly understand projects on hands, keep update and proactively provide suggestion/solution.
  • Ensure and monitor service delivery to customers in full and on time.
  • Be contact point for customers to solve any issues for customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal team to facilitate and ensure smooth operation and good quality of deliverables.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in account management preferably in in online business,digital products,digital marketing.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent relationship building, communication and negotiation skill.
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude and service-minded.
